Terms of Warranty

Excluded from the warranty:

• Damage and loss of persons and properties caused by the product. 
• Damage through force majeure (e.g. storm, hail etc.)
• Damage through improper assembly, arbitrary changes or wrong use
• Changes through weathering and fair wear and tear.

It apply to the product and care documentation and therein mentioned references

The guaranteeing is only valid in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Benelux and the person of first purchase.

It is not valid for fabrics. It is Fischer Möbel's decision if the product will be repaired or the damaged part replaced. The buyer can not asser redhibitory action or abatement. Freight costs are for the buyer's account.
