Shipping and Cost
A. Terms of delivery
All prices quoted are inclusive, meaning they contain all price components, including the legal German VAT. Optional additional delivery and shipping costs are shown in the following shipping cost overview.
The delivery of goods is carried out by way of shipping to the specified customer delivery address given from the customer during the order process with the exception of collection by the customer. Within Germany, we deliver orders as a package, if possible, with DHL or DPD or another provider of our choice. Freight forwarding deliveries are carried out with another provider of our choice.
The goods will be shipped, unless stated otherwise in the offer, immediately after receipt of the payment.

4. Collection by the customer
For collection, we do not charge any delivery costs. If the customer selects collection, we will first inform the customer by email, that the products ordered are available for collection. He can then collect the goods by appointment at the following address:
