Revocation instruction

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, have taken physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Fischer Möbel GmbH, Dieselstrasse 6, 73278 Schlierbach, Tel. 07021-72760, Fax 07021-727640, E-Mail-Adresse: shop@fischer-moebel.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a notification sent by mail, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the enclosed sample notification or the sample cancellation notification below which is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of revocation before the expiration of the deadline.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we receive from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a different method of delivery than the favorable, standard shipping offered by us), and repay immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which the notification of revocation of this agreement is received by us. For this reimbursement we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will be charged fees for such repayment.
We may refuse the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You have to send back the goods promptly and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of any cancellation of this contract, sent it to us or handed it over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You must pay for any diminished value of the goods, if the loss in value is due to a not necessary handling of the goods in order to examine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

The right of revocation is excluded for any custom-made products that have been manufactured specifically according to consumer specifications. 

Please avoid damages and contamination of the product. Products should be sent back to us in its original packaging including all accessories and with all packaging components. Use a protective outer packaging where appropriate. If you do not have the original packaging, please provide a suitable packaging for adequate protection from damages during transport.
Please note that this is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.
